If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for exchange, store credit or refund if you are ordering from Australia. We do not offer refund for any other country. Exchanges have to be made within 10 days of receipt of purchased items and depends on availability. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. Items must be received within 10 days of exchange request.
30th of July accepts items in their original condition, meaning: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with hygiene protector and tags attached. Please allow 10-15 business days from the time you mail your order for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
