Returns and Exchange

Your satisfaction is definetely my highest priority. If you have any problems with your purchase, please contact me at hello.30thofjuly@gmail.com with your order number.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for exchange or store credit only. We do not offer refunds. Exchanges have to be made within 10 days of receipt of purchased items and depends on availability. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.   Items must be received within 10 days of exchange request. 

For the credit store you will receive a  code that can be use within 1 year.

30th of July  accepts items in their original condition, meaning: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with hygiene protector and tags attached.  Please allow 10-15 business days from the time you mail your order for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed. 

Sale and Final Sale Items

All purchases made with a discount coupon code and sale items are Final Sale. These are not eligible for exchange or return.
