30th of July is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages/items. Any missing/lost items will need to be to lodged with Australia Post. 30th of July does not take responsibility for duty taxes

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items for exchange, store credit or refund (refund AU ONLY).

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping is at customer expense.

Sale and Final Sale Items

Sale items including items purchased with a discount or a sitewide sale are not eligible for return (this doesn't include the 10% off code on your first order)

30th of July  accepts items in their original condition, meaning: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged and with hygiene protector and tags attached.  Please allow 5-10 business days from the time you mail your order for your exchange to be processed. We will notify you via email once your exchange has been processed.
